01 Who we are

Kause is a content, web and digital growth company for businesses, operating in Israel and running the website kauseworks.com.

02 What information we collect

Information you give us yourself

When you get in touch, we receive whatever you chose to send. Typically that is:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Details about your business — sector, size, what you need
• Anything else you write in the body of your message

That information reaches us in one of three ways: a WhatsApp message you start from the site, an email, or a lead form on Facebook or Instagram (Meta Lead Ads) where you entered your details and agreed to send them to us.

Technical information

The website itself runs no analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking of any kind. As with any website, however, the server it is hosted on records technical access data — IP address, browser type and time of request — as an inherent part of serving pages and keeping the service secure.

03 Cookies and browser storage

This website uses no tracking cookies, no advertising cookies and no third-party cookies.

The only local storage we use is a single sessionStorage entry in your browser, which remembers that you have already seen the opening animation so we do not play it again during the same visit. It does not identify you, it is never sent anywhere, and it is erased the moment you close the browser tab.

To display the fonts and animation libraries, your browser loads files from third-party services — Google Fonts, jsDelivr and Cloudflare. In the course of serving those files, your IP address is visible to those services, subject to their own privacy policies.

04 What we use the information for

• To get back to you and answer your enquiry
• To communicate with you as a prospective client and put together a suitable quote
• To deliver the services you ordered and manage the work with you
• To improve the website and the services we offer
• To meet legal obligations and requests from authorities, where they apply

05 What we do not do with it

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to your enquiry or to the service you asked for.

06 Service providers

To run the website, the forms and our communication channels we rely on outside service providers. Information may pass through them solely so they can provide that service to us:

• Meta Platforms — lead forms on Facebook and Instagram, and WhatsApp conversations
• Hostinger — website hosting and servers
• Google Fonts, jsDelivr and Cloudflare — serving fonts and library files

Some of these providers operate outside Israel, so information may be stored or processed on servers abroad. Each has its own privacy policy governing its activity.

07 How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was given — handling your enquiry, delivering the service, or maintaining a business relationship — or for as long as the law requires us to keep it. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted.

08 Your rights

Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access — to know what information about you we hold
• Correction — to ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date
• Deletion — to ask us to delete it, where no legal obligation requires us to keep it
• Opt out — to ask us not to contact you again

09 Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold against unauthorised access, use or disclosure. That said, no transmission or storage of information over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10 Children

Our services are aimed at business owners, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you become aware that a minor has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for instance if we add a new service or tool. The current version will always be published on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
